Below is a list of the conference sessions that I plan to attend. My focus is somewhat on the technology side, although what I’m really hoping to learn is how to build bridges between people and technology and how to use technology to build bridges between people.
The full schedule with abstracts for all of the sessions is available in PDF on the Information Today website. If you see anything that may be of interest to you, please feel free to drop a comment.

It’s my first blog post and I’d just like to welcome everyone to CognitivePotential.com.
The scope and scale of this blog will evolve over time, but for starters, it’s been suggested that it would be a great communication tool to connect with others while I attend the KM World and Intranets 2008 conference in San Jose California next week.
Catherine Shaw, a colleague of mine who will also be attending the conference, has kindly agreed to be a guest author on this blog and share some of her take aways from the sessions that she attends.
Together, we hope to capture some of our conference learnings and observations, but, more importantly, get some comments to help us think critically while the ideas are still fresh in our mind.
We’ll do our best to post as often as possible and share photos via Flickr.
